Refund Policy

Time:
Within 15 Days

Requirements: 
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Charges:  
The customer will cover the delivery charges.

Payment Adjustment:
- If the new order amount is less than the original, the company will refund the difference.
- If the new order amount is more, the customer will pay the difference.

Refund Processing:  

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
